Today I really embraced the fringe technique. I managed to find myself creating feather-like shapes. I used water colours and painted green and blue strokes. I seen feather-like traces within my brushstrokes so I decided to create delicate feather like pieces. This inspired my new 3D form that evokes two feathers cut into a form. This got me so excited for my next study as it lead me to use white pen on acetate. I think I managed to create a 2D study that conveys delicately. It also evokes 'under the sea' structures hidden behind curve lines. This inspired my next 3D form where I tried to re-create the floaty/sea-life shapes onto mesh and wire. I decided to use this medium due to its flexibility.
